Artwork Design Parameters

  • Recommended dimensions are 1200x1200px.
  • The base shape needs to be gray (#808080).
  • The engraved part needs to be black (#000000).
  • The part you want to be cut out needs to be white (#ffffff) or transparent.
  • Be sure to include a hole for the ring to attach to the chain.
    • Hole size must be 1.5mm at a minimum (the 1.5mm should be measured when the artwork is set to 20mm x 20mm since 20mm is the size of the smallest pendant)
  • Save your artwork as a .png file.
  • Any issues with the files could cause delays in production.
